Following the previous editions of 2005 (Madonna di Campiglio, Italy) and 2008 (Cancun, Mexico), the Third International Conference on Intelligent Technologies for
Interactive Entertainment (INTETAIN 2009) will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on June 22-24, 2009.
In addition to the Springer LNICST proceedings, a selection of the best papers of INTETAIN 2009 in two special issue: Entertainment Computing (editors in chief R. Nakatsu and M. Rauterberg) and the International Journal of Arts and Technology (editor in chief A. Vasilakos).
Note that, right before INTETAIN, the same location will host the 22nd Annual Conference on Computer Animation and Social Agents (CASA 2009). One might consider, when going to the INTETAIN, to come a few days early and visit the CASA, too.
This would also give one the opportunity to visit the
Open Garden Days in Amsterdam -- a rare chance to see the some of the most beautiful gardens that are normally hidden from view behind the houses.
